Greenberg Freeman prevails on appeal for client Jade Realty LLC.
The Appellate Division, First Department, recently reversed a lower court decision and entered summary judgment in favor of our client Jade Realty on its claim for breach of contract. The appellate court held that the lower court erred in supplying terms that were erroneously omitted from the contract by counsel for defendants’ predecessor where those terms would have changed the meaning of the contract. Jade was represented by Michael A. Freeman.
